Michael Ryan 'Unexpected Change'

Michael and I first met through the Yoga community in Dublin. I attended a retreat in the Burren in 2010 where Michael taught and was inspired by his approach, his way with words and how he interweaved Yoga philosophy, life concepts and Yoga into his teaching. Michael is a seasoned Yoga teacher and practitioner with a lot of experience and wisdom to offer.

Eithne Kennedy 'Inner Wisdom'

Eithne and I first met through the Yoga community in Dublin. I was immediately drawn to Eithne, her sense of calm, ease in herself, warmth and genuine friendliness. She is a very seasoned teacher and kinesiologist. i enjoyed this chat a lot, and after we stopped recording, we spent about another hour chatting!
