Yoga, Meditation, Reflecting and Relaxing

I am excited to announce this retreat especially designed for school teachers and to offer the practices of Yoga and Meditation that can help support the work of a teacher.

This retreat will be for replenishing, rejuvenating and for your own self care as a teacher.  Often teachers can drain their own resources in taking care of others and considering others needs.  Demands on teacher can be great and all too often teachers forget or neglect their own needs.

Take this day to relax and unwind before the start of a new term and connect to your own heart and soul, giving you the space to start the year from a renewed perspective and a nourishing pace.

Timetable:

-10am Arrive and Yoga Rejuvenating Class

-11.30am Break

-12pm Meditation and Journalling

-1pm Lunch

-2pm Mindful Walk of the beautiful grounds and Yoga Deep Relaxation Class

-4pm-4.30pm Depart

Wicklow Retreats 2017

These retreat weekends will be an opportunity for you to re-connect to yourself, a time to tune into your body, your mind and your soul with challenging and fun classes, good food, beautiful surroundings, meditation and deep relaxation. 

Each Yoga session will be about learning to explore movements in your body, getting creative, having fun, finding what feels good, getting to know yourself again and re-connecting to what lights you up.  

In each session you will be given tools and information to find what serves you best for your body and for your mind. It will include hatha and vinyasa yoga to strengthen your body and mind. In the classes I encourage each individual to challenge themselves to their own abilities, having fun along the way.

The sessions will include inspiration from Yoga philosophy, meditation, breathing practices and relaxation to balance our physical activities and encourage and cultivate strength and stability of mind, giving you an awareness and clarity of yourself and your own goals in life. 

These retreats are a time for you to realign, recalibrate and redirect your intentions. It will also be a time for you to enjoy an overall sense of health and well being, they will be an opportunity to realign yourself with what you most want in life and about developing the strength and belief to go for it!

Week Long Yoga and Activities Retreat

YogaFriends Retreat, Fuerteventura

Retreats are 7 days on the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura, you have two Yoga sessions per day, delicious food sourced locally and cooked by trained chefs.  During the week there is a range of activities to also choose from-Surfing, Hiking and Trail Running.  There is time to go to the beach and relax, to get massage treatments and enjoy the local villages.  The retreats here really are special.  I will be teaching again at this location in 2017 so keep an eye out for details.  You can find out more about the Retreats HERE
